2024–2025 CAMPAIGN
Charlotte Pipe and Foundry, the leading manufacturer of cast iron and plastic pipe, commissioned a campaign to celebrate their presence in NYC, Boston, and Chicago. The series used bold, gritty visuals to highlight the brand’s local impact and reinforce customer pride in partnering with the market leader.

Charlotte Pipe needed a way to celebrate enduring partnerships in NYC, Boston, and Chicago while reminding customers why they’re the market leader. The challenge was to connect with engineers and plumbing contractors who may have chosen another supplier, building local pride and reinforcing the value of partnering with Charlotte Pipe.

By combining city-specific imagery with rugged, pipe-inspired visuals, the series reinforced Charlotte Pipe’s local impact and created an emotional connection with customers.

Posters were sent to customers in mailer tubes printed to resemble a cast iron pipe.
Along with posters, the NYC creative included print ads and out-of-home signage.

The campaign was well received by Charlotte Pipe, who continued to run the creative across multiple publications throughout the year. The city-specific approach successfully reinforced Charlotte Pipe’s leadership and strengthened connections with local customers in NYC, Boston, and Chicago.
